Shipping

  • How long does it take for the orders to ship?

    Generally, we ship within 1 - 3 business days; however, if there is a delay in supplies there may be a delay in shipping.


    Global Supply chain issues may have an impact on deliveries. We’ve found that in the US, shipping can take up to 5 business days.

  • Do you ship Internationally?

    We do not yet ship globally.


Returns and Refunds

  • Do you accept returns?

    Unless explicitly stated in the product description, yes, we will accept full or partial order returns. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns requested after 14 days will be denied.

  • Can I return a product after using it?

    All returns must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging; otherwise, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

  • How will my refund be processed?

    All refunds will be made against the original form of payment and may take 3-5 business days to process once the item has been received. We have no control over when your financial institution posts refunds.

  • Who pays for shipping during a return or refund?

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and tracking.


Warranty

As of April, 2024, we provide a 1 year, non-transferable warranty within the USA for any problem relate to the function or operation of a pedal or amplifier due to faulty parts and/or other internal problem. To received your warranty you must register through our portal. There are no warranties outside of the USA.


The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping repairs to Caladec. For amplifiers or pedals registered, we will provide shipping labels to cover both shipping to Caladec and to ship back to the customer.


We do not cover items due to abuse, such as knobs, jacks, and pots. Any tampering with the circuit or related electronic components will void any warranty.
